CHARACTERISTICS AND PROPERTIES
Wire drawing machine with working potential of 1,2,3,4 rows at a time, of yarns of 2 mm to 0.3 mm.
Equipped with cooling oil pump, recovered by continuous circuit, which in turn is used to lubricate the various mechanisms of the machine.
The drive cylinder of the thread is coupled with a cone clutch in order to regulate at will, the drawing speed which enables both to make a smooth torn, preventing the breakage of the yarns, and during the drawing process to make more or less drag, as required by the diameter of the thread or its hardness.
The structure of the machine, pearlitic cast iron of large dimensions to achieve sufficient strength to stress.
All mechanisms, shafts, gears, etc.. Are manufactured with the best materials, treated and ground.
