CHARACTERISTICS AND PROPERTIES

Rolling combined with dual-head veneer. Equipped with automatic lubrication pump piston, closed oil circuit with continuous filtering, that also allows to lubricate, cool the bearing points of the machine.

The transmission is performed on this machine by means of a gearbox, whose shafts and gears (all helical) are steel Cr.Ni. treated and ground, working in constant oil bath.

For the movement of the laminating rollers, we have adopted the cross-gimbal system, on which there is no displacement of the gears (as in the old rolling), thus a laminated veneer perfect surface.

The mill rolls are deformable steel, with induction hardening, leaving a hardened surface layer of the roller with quench depth calculated according to the diameter of these, leaving the unhardened core, allowing the length of the rollers and hold to rupture is unlimited.
